Ground Breaking Ceremony for new home of the APHF

HARD HATS, WARM WISHES – NACOP Treasurer Debbie Chitwood and Executive Director Donna Shepherd flank Acting Chief Tony Bolinger, Commander Mel Williams of the Titusville Police Department and Alan Loud of the Titusville Police Athletic League as construction begins on the new home of the APHF. The five-acre site in Titusville, Florida will also house the Executive Offices of NACOP and AFP&CC.
