A South Florida Loyal Donor Leaves Legacy to
Police Family Survivor's Fund

AFP&CC's Police Family Survivor's Fund was named as a beneficiary of the Estate of South Florida Loyal Donor Ida Stern, who recently passed away. Mrs. Stern had been a donor, supporting the work of the Police Family Survivor's Fund in the past according to Debbi Chitwood, AFP&CC's treasurer. "The organization will use the funds to directly support the scholarships and summer camp funding for survivor children" Chitwood said. "To be honest, we were a bit overwhelmed by the generous amount of Mrs. Stern's bequeath", Chitwood added. Statistics indicate that many of us do not make a will which often leaves one's legacy tied up in probate and other court proceedings. The organization has prepared a free brochure that details the concept of wills and estate planning. There is no obligation to obtain the brochure, which any member or donor may obtain by sending a request to Will & Estate Planning, American Police Hall of Fame & Museum, 6350 Horizon Dr., Titusville, FL 32780. Members and donors may also call Jim Gordon direct at 1321-264-0911 to obtain the information on an expedited basis. All calls will remain confidential and your name and address will not be shared with other organizations. The making of a will is an important part of any financial plan. AFP&CC recognizes the privacy interests of all members and donors who may call us in this regard.
