Director Charles Mills

The American Federation of Police & Concerned Citizens Police Family Survivor’s Fund has extended emergency financial assistance, grief counseling grants to the families of all law enforcement officers killed as a result of the terrorist attacks of September 11th. Most recently AFP&CC received this letter from the widow of the Dir. Charles Mills of the New York State Tax and Finance Department who was killed at the World Trade Center in New York City on 9/11/01.
