Celebrating the Work and Mission of NOBLE
To my friends at the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives:
It is an honor to join you at NOBLE’s 46th Annual Training Conference & Exhibition in Orlando. I
applaud each of you for the hard work you are doing to drive change by redefining law enforcement
and public safety across the country, and I celebrate NOBLE’s mission to ensure equity in the
administration of justice.

At the American Police Hall of Fame & Museum, we are learning from you as you lead us in the
critical work of providing solutions to law enforcement concerns and the ever-changing needs of
our diverse communities, and we join you in your commitment to justice through action.
As we embark on the next steps to reimagine the future of our organization, we join NOBLE in
educating the next generation, in fostering positive interactions between the community and law
enforcement, in training and mentoring officers and in telling the stories of heroism and humanity
that are often overlooked.

We invite you to visit the American Police Hall of Fame & Museum while you are in the area, and we
are excited to share more with you about our campaign that aims to connect more people to the
heart and humanity of law enforcement.

Everyday I’m humbled by the men and women who serve and guard our communities, and we really
cannot do enough to honor them. Their work is sacred, and I consider it my sacred duty to do
everything we can to support them.

Thank you for your noble leadership,
